Exercise is vital for everyone’s health wellbeing which is why Chiron have developed the first holistic care service. We deliver exactly what care should do and empower our customers to be safe and independent in their own homes whilst improving their quality of life.
Everyone that comes to Chiron is assessed by our physiotherapy team and prescribed exercises specific to their health goals. This can include but is not limited to:
- Post surgery rehabilitation
- Management of long term health conditions
- Dementia care
- Improving general health
- Reducing the risk of falls
- Improving mental health
- Reablement
These exercise program will be delivered by our outstanding team of exercise specialists 3 times a week that will alter and progress the exercises to ensure that our client gets the most out of these sessions. The prescribed exercises will be linked to our client’s health goals in order to keep motivation and ensure goals are met. The 3 exercise sessions can take place wherever and whenever out clients would like, with transport provided to gyms, swimming baths or local exercise groups.
Our amazing team of care assistants provide a ‘hands off’ approach to care. We understand that our clients want to keep their independence and so we empower and support them to do this.
We want to help you achieve your goals, whether that be playing with grandchildren, doing your own housework, or even remaining at home.

Branch Manager: Molly Johnson
“I look forward to bringing my passion and experience to the Staffordshire branch.”
I’m Molly, the branch manager for Staffordshire. I have a strong passion for the importance of exercise in improving health so have created a service that I strongly believe in.
I have many years of experience in caring whilst completing my Rehabilitation and Exercise Science degree, before moving on to running Pulmonary Rehabilitation programs in the Staffordshire community.
In my personal time, you will either find me with my two rescue ponies or in the gym. As a powerlifter I have enjoyed a modicum of success, winning the British Bench Championships in 2022 and 2023.

Live in care
A Healthcare Nursing Assistant living with you or your loved one 24/7, to ensure safety and full support.
Domiciliary care service
Daily home visits from a team of qualified, DBS checked care workers who will support you with all your needs.
Home from Hospital
A team of Healthcare Nursing Assistants will look after you immediately on your discharge from hospital.
Learning disabilities
We have many years of experience in providing full support for almost any service for persons with learning disabilities.
Long term complex care
Any chronic illness that requires regular care is delivered by the experienced Chiron team.
Holiday respite service
Clients needing short-term care for a weekend or a holiday are looked after by Chiron.
Post operative recovery
Discharge management from the hospital through our own clinical lead communicating with the hospital team to report on your recovery.
